Domestic Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
SugarMute is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, labor strikes, customs clearance, or any events beyond our control.
We also cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS delivery guarantees, as 1–2 business days are required for order processing before shipping.
Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for refused orders will only be processed after the returned product has been received and reviewed by the SugarMute team.
SugarMute primarily ships using United Parcel Service (UPS). While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, we cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS.

Note: International shipping can take 4–6 weeks, and in rare cases up to 8–12 weeks, depending on customs processing. SugarMute is not responsible for delays caused by customs or additional fees due to geographic location.
Order Cancellation Policy
Because we process orders immediately after purchase, cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
If more than 24 hours have passed or your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may refuse delivery or return the package after receipt.
Please email support@sugarmute.com with your return tracking number once the package is on its way back. Refunds will be issued after we receive and review the returned product at our warehouse.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order. SugarMute is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund.
Delivery Confirmation
If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS or UPS directly for assistance.
SugarMute does not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
